This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines the shipping methods, delivery times, costs, and return procedures
for orders placed on antoniastreasures.ie, owned and operated by Antonia’s Treasures.
1. Shipping Information
We ship products to customers in Ireland and selected international destinations. All orders are processed
within 1–3 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and delivery method. Delivery times
may vary:
- Ireland: 2–5 business days
- UK: 3–7 business days
- EU countries: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
Please note that personalized products (canvas prints, mugs, custom gifts) may require additional processing time.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
2. Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy complies with Irish and EU consumer protection laws. Please read carefully:
2.1 General Returns
Standard products (non-personalized) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided
they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2.2 Personalized / Custom Products
Personalized or custom-made products (canvas, mugs, engraved items, etc.) are non-refundable
unless they arrive damaged, defective, or the order was incorrect due to our error.
2.3 Return Procedure

- Include your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions and the return address.
- Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
2.4 Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or an error was made by Antonia’s Treasures.
